If Richardson can't go until Week 1, and sees no time and very limited practice until then, do you go with Hardesty as the 1 in the depth chart and just work Richardson in?
I know reps as a running back aren't as important as reps at most other positions, but they're still important.

I agree, they are important, but not totally critical.
At worst it could create a couple of QB/back muffed exchanges. Most of those get recovered by either the QB or the back.....be it at a loss of yardage.

Thanks for the personal observations. I wanted to go down there now I am glad I didnt. Sad that you saw what alot of us had hoped not to see. The D should be ahead of the Offense at this point but from alot of the positives I had read about the offense I had hoped we would have a much better showing on O.
If you need 3 years to be a winner you got here 2 years to early. Get it done Browns.

Actually the 2 guys on O that kind of stood out a little were Moore and Cameron because of some nice grabs in the endzone. Little made a couple catches and so did Mass, but Gordon had the drops, and Benjamin seemed MIA.
But all the QBs looked bad on 11 on 11's. Seneca threw a ball in the middle of nowhere to a defender. Bad. Colt didn't make huge mistakes, but also didn't wow me. Threw one deep ball that was long and incomplete on the sidelines. Weeden did throw some nice passes in the redzone drill, but wasn't so hot in the actual 11 on 11 drill. Like he was trying to force balls into windows that were probably open in college.

Again thanks. Its really not suprising the way you discribe the QB's the way you did. Fits all of their MO's. I really was suprised to hear about Gordon having a tough day though. Hope he gets this stuff down as many have speculated he will.

Am I the only one that pronounces hyperbole "Hyper-bowl" instead of "hy-per-bo-le"?

I don't know there's a difference. Either Richardson starts in week 2 because he's ready, or he starts in week two because Hardesty started week one and was injured by the 3rd quarter, meaning Richardson starts in week 2.
***Gordon, I really didn't think you could be this stOOpid, but you exceeded my expectations. Wussy. Manziel, see Josh Gordon. Dumbass.***

So Trent's already hurt...
Weeden struggle's on family day...
And Shcwartz struggles against 2nd year DEs...
Add in next years 1st Round pick (which some already want to spend on a QB) and you could of had RGIII...
Haven't paid much attention to the Redskins camp. How has RGIII been doing blocking Orakpo?
Am I perfect? No Am I trying to be a better person? Also no

Browns say Richardson's surgery was successful and routine
I love all the people in the comments section either flipping out, or just making fun of him because it's the Browns.
Surgeries are never good especially when you're a running back, but it's not like they were in there repairing tendons. I also read that it's common for a procedure like this to happen 6 months after the surgery to repair a meniscus...
I don't like hearing about it, but I think the media is overreacting which is causing some fans to overreact.
Trent has gone through major surgery before, I believe even before he went to Bama. He'll get over this quickly.

Tore ligaments in his right ankle during his freshman year of hs, and left ankle in his sophomore year. He was told he'd never run again after the second surgery. Both surgeries were done at the Andrews institute.

This is a real worry for me. Our backup isn't exactly durable. Can't shake the feeling that we'll be lucky if he makes it out of the preseason healthy and ready to go.
