I've seen thumb drives that have 2K radio and TV stations.
Has anyone bought one? Any good?

I never saw one but I've heard that what they contain is links to radio and TV stations many of which are broken links that get you no where.

DDubia is correct. Especially the Rabbit TV one. It is a rip off.

Be careful of where you get your thumb drives. Those things are now being loaded with hidden virus files. Cheap dollar store and promotional thumb drives are more likely to give you a virus than licking an Ebola patient.
