I would hope that was it, because 2 years for peeing on a grave seems rather excessive, and perhaps even cruel and unusual.

I for sure don't approve of his actions... but two years? Two years doesn't really add up for such an action. I thought he'd get a fine/community service or a combo of the two.

Where did you see this? Everything that I found said that he could get up to two years and a $500 fine, but haven't seen anything that said he did get two years.
