There was a quick interview in the PD w/ Dan Gilbert that was kind of fun. I still wish the guy could buy the Tribe too. Anyways:

Q: Who should the Browns draft?

A: Amobi Okoye [Louisville defensive tackle]. Big. Strong. Fast. Young. Achiever. Leader. Integrity. Game changer. He could become the "LeBron" of the Browns. The Browns are nuts if he's available and they don't take him.

if we trade with Atlanta, great!...at 3, no!...

not b/c of that reach argument, but 2 other reasons...
1. paying a 3-4 DE #3 overall $ is not the best cap management i can think of...
2. he's so young, can he make the jump successfully?...yes, he seems to be of good character, but i still have doubts that a guy not-yet-20 could be developed enough mentally and physically to be an immediate and long-term NFL starter...and you can't draft a project at #3 overall...

yeah there is no way I'd take him at 3 when I know I can have him at 8. I'd almost consider tarding down to 8 giving the 3rd pick for the 8th and our 7th lol just so we don't have to pay the higher contract lol

So if you tard down again ... does that mean you're re-tarded?

LMFAO, apparently this thread isn't related to the draft and doesn't belong in the draft forum

Just use Firefox - there's a spell check built in to it.

Another thing with Amobi, he will probably be a Free Agent at 25 or 26 and will certainly demand more $$$. Only if we trade down scenario.

If we picked Okoye at 3... I don't know what I would do.

Browns no.....but when can he buy the Tribe? Think about it, he'd have control of the stadiums side by side so it would be a good deal for him!
