Gilkey's actually played quite a bit in our last two games. I read somewhere that he was in for over 20 snaps in the Jets game.

Probable: Outside linebacker Paul Kruger (illness), safety Jordan Poyer (toe), left offensive tackle Joe Thomas (back), inside linebacker Tank Carder (shoulder), punter Spencer Lanning (left knee), running back Willis McGahee (knee), right offensive tackle Mitchell Schwartz (toe) and strong safety T.J. Ward (shoulder, illness).
Steelers

Besides Pinkston and Taylor, Haden, Lauvao are also out per WKNR. Greco and Gilkey starting at LG and RG, Kitchen starting at NT, and McFadden at CB. Did not hear re: Hughes' status.

Piece of cake. We ae missing key pieces on a defense that has been porous of late, and are playing a team we have beat only a couple of times out of the last ... what ...... 15 games?
