Man, watching him change chords like that makes my fingers hurt. lol
Definitely an immensely talented guy.
Micah 6:8; He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God.
John 14:19 Jesus said: Because I live, you also will live.
You can't play much faster and cleaner than this guy, and with this much style...
Yngwie Malmsteen, doing his signature song to a pre-recorded track, me thinks:
Note: Coming from a guitar player's standpoint, there is just a bit too much reverb on his guitar, but besides that? Great tone. I like to think of his sound as "so distorted it actually sounds clean," which it does. You can hear every note.

Okay, time to blow things up here: There are a lot of videos on this post and the page is loading a bit slow, so I'll just put the URL up for this one:
This guy (http://stsanders.com/www/) did a few of these shred videos several years ago and had them up on youtube. He was even featured in Guitar Player magazine for doing this. When I first heard them I was dying laughing, they are way too funny to me. On the shred videos he manages to suck the living soul out of guitar playing in general and especially the coolness of playing in a band. Genius.
Best "Shreds" videos I've seen are Beach Boys' "I Get Around" and KISS' "I Was Made For Lovin You".
Watching shredders like Malmsteen or Michael Angelo Batio wank on Paganini is kind of like watching that trick shot field goal kicker...really impressive but gets old fast, and makes you wonder if he can actually play football (or write a decent song in the case of our poodle-haired, axe-slinging friends).
Now I am stuck on James Burton....I don't generally like covers. Just like it is hard to cover a Beatles or Stones song, it's hard to cover a Haggard song..the "Hags" signature song.....but this is good....some good guitar picking going on.
If everybody had like minds, we would never learn.
