Do you have any predictions for the next year?
My prediction is that the U.S. will have a major Earthquake event, somewhere. If I had to narrow it down further, I'd say in the Midwest around St Louis.

I see a follow-up recession on the horizon. There will be another Supreme Court case regarding Obamacare, completely muddying the future of the program. We will see another fantastic piece of technology emerge that no one will be able to live without. (big shocker there, huh?)
Micah 6:8; He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God.

Does anyone think that with all this entitlement and so on and so forth...
That there is a chance that maybe not this year but in the near future that it'll swing back around to people having the belief that they need to earn their own? Will we get that mentality or will it only get worse?

With my back .... that would be lucky. I don't even go out anymore.

I predict that Sammy, my garage/outdoor cat - STILL won't figure out how to cover up his poo in the litter box in the garage.
I predict the economy getting worse, not better.
I predict we'll see some lame butt attempt at new gun laws that "this time, the bad guys will follow the law."....and law abiding citizens will suffer.
I predict increased taxes, as well as increased spending (with the taxes not even touching the level of spending increases.)
I predict the Browns will win 4-6 games next year.
I predict I'll have fewer crayfish volcanoes in my yard in the spring, but there will be too many.
I predict my daughter will end 6th grade with all A's.
I predict we will get involved in another military action - but not "war".
I predict congress will continue to be stupid.
I predict that jobs will be harder to come by - knowing full well our gov't. - if they don't like the numbers, will change how the numbers are calculated.
I predict the Seahawks will win the super bowl. (okay, I don't know where that prediction came from)
I predict django and overtoad will still be having a peeing contest (and I guarantee, I can pee further or longer than either one of them)
I also predict many, many more people will be without health insurance, due to obamacare.
And lastly, I predict that I'll keep on keeping on.

I just predict to the real estate agents and brokers that invest your money in the real estate business Now we'll earn. Unfortunately 2012 has been disappointing for real estate as falling sales and rising construction costs dampened the market sentiment. This is reflected in the financial performance of real estate companies, which have taken a hit in their revenues and profit during the year. so Hope for the best.

It will get worse... it is rare for a person who is use to receiving for free (even if what they are receiving isn't much) to decide on their own to take the initiative to go earn more...
My big political prediction for 2013 is that now that Obama doesn't have any campaigning to do, we will finally get to see what he is really all about and what his agenda really is.... and I'm scared to death.
My big sports prediction for 2013 is that Coach K will retire at the end of this season after winning the national championship.
My big Hollywood prediction for 2013 is that Mel Gibson will make an arse of himself... (ok, that's not going very far out on a limb )
My big family prediction for the year is that my incredibly smart teenage son will finally realize that he needs to do some without being forced.
My big economic prediction for the year is that construction will rebound slowly because prices have been depressed so much for so long that they have to go up eventually and that will continue to slow an economic recovery.
My geopolitical prediction for the year is that there will be major unrest in China as the people begin to enjoy the "good life" and begin to resist oppressive government control.
And to all I say, may your best times of 2012 be your worst times of 2013...

Haha. I keep hearing that every year for the last 10 or something one team in the NFL has gone from worst in their division to winning it. I predict it will happen again, and once again it will not be the Browns. Really going out on a limb there huh, hmm.
Can Deshaun Watson play better for the Browns, than Baker Mayfield would have? ... Now the Games count.

Call me a homer but I think if there is a worst to first team next year, the Browns are as capable as anybody... let's look at the last place teams...
The Jets... the Jets have more talent than their record indicates and could get better but does anybody really see them overtaking the Patriots in one year?
The Jaguars... uh, no.
The Chiefs... this might be my second choice if Peyton Manning decides to retire, the other two teams they have to jump over aren't very good and the Chiefs have some decent talent, they desperately need a QB... unfortunately I don't see one that they can get that could have that kind of immediate impact.
The Eagles... see the Jets, they have more talent than their record and should get better but all 3 of the teams above them are pretty good so I could see them moving up, but not jumping all 3.
The Lions.... see the Jets and the Eagles... pretty decent talent but 3 good teams above them. They could and should be better but jumping all 3 teams, especially the Packers? I don't see it.
The Panthers... Peyton will be back so the Saints will be better, the Falcons are the new Colts, built to win a bunch of regular season games but not win in the playoffs.. not much of a chance here. They are still struggling to figure out how to use Cam Newton and their defense isn't very good.
The Cardinals.. play in a division with 2 of the best teams in the NFL who are both fairly young.. no way are the Cards passing the 49ers and the Seahawks..
Now the Browns.. There isn't one team above them that is viewed as REALLY good.. Steelers are on the way down (at least temporarily), Ravens are treading water trying to figure out how to rely on their offense as their defense gets old.. and the Bengals are decent but risk losing one or both of their coordinators this year... While the Browns have a good young roster looking for some direction and some fire from a new coaching staff...
I'm not saying it will happen, but I think the Browns are in as good or better position than any of the other last place division teams to make a run at their division next year..
