Does any here do crossfit/go to a cross fit affiliate/know anything about crossfit?
Well, if you do, you probably know all about the crossfit games. If not, it's basically a competition (think playoffs) where the top cross fitters (some of the most fit people I've ever seen) compete against each other in random workouts. I know it doesn't sound too compelling, but once you're into it, you get hooked.
Well, the gym I go to, SPC Crossfit, out of Kent Ohio, is out in California right now with 40 of the most athletic/fit teams in the world. They come from all over, from Asia to Austrailia, to compete against each other. Right now, SPC is in 11th place, but just took first in an event. They need to make top 6 in order to compete for the championship tomorrow. 2 more events later, so we'll see how it goes.

Some workouts might not look like much, but I definitely recommend watching some of the live stream to see how hard these athletes work.
