Thanks to CleveSteve for moderating this year's mock draft. Great job getting all 7 rounds in and pushing things along (either by putting the PM'd pick in or giving a list of "next up" players to pick from for the community picks).

My favorite drafts (other than my own of course) ended up being:

1. Indy (clwb) - and not just Luck
2. Balt (Kendall)
3. SD (chargerdawg)
4. TB (vadawg)
5. Cinci (Turk)

Good job guys

I like the drafts for the Steelers, Vikings, Bengals, and Eagles overall. My sleeper pick for the draft is McNutt, and the Steelers got him in the 5th. I hope that we can get him instead in the real draft.

I am confused as to why the 49'ers would take a TE in the first round when they have Vernon Davis already on the roster. I don't know that they run that much 2 TE, do they?

I liked the first pick for the Browns, but not much after that.

I am confused why the Jags would take Weeden in the second when they have a guy they took in the first last year, and they have such massive holes at WR and on their OL.

I think that 8 is way too high for Tannehill to go, and I don't think that he will go that high. That kinda downgrades the Phins draft for me.

Any draft that has a pothead in its top 2 is a loser for me. That eliminates the Bills and Chefs ...... and any draft headlined by an underachiever like Poe loses me for the Cowboys.

I wanted to like the Rams draft, given their plethora of picks, but I just couldn't.

Any draft that gives a team their franchise QB is a great draft, so the Colts and Skins get an A+ each based on their 1st picks alone. (not that these weren't no brainer picks)

IMO by far best draft. I really like Hilton, that's a steal at 171. Still and Adams have 1st round talent too.

I didn't do it this year but I would next year.

If it weren't for Alfozno Dennard getting arrested, I would have had a good draft with the Patriots.

Only took 3 players, but I feel like I got 3 studs.

9 of the 13 total pics I made for the Giants or Jaguars have already gone in the top 3 rounds. ( though I did trade up in the 2nd giving up a 3rd)

Kansas City has most of their picks taken too.
Denver has had a really good draft too.
I like Tennessee's draft too.
I like Miami's draft too.

The Giants have only Lucas Nix, pic 126, and Micah Pellerin pic 239 still on the board.

The Jaguars have only Trevor Guyton pic 176 and Kevin Koger pick 208ish still on the board.
After round 3.

Since I did not like the Browns mock, I decided to look at who was drafted, vs where they were really drafted:

1) Richardson: Mock 4 - Actual 3
1b) Randle: Mock 22 - Actual 63
2) Zeitler: Mock 37 -Actual 27
3) Moseley: Mock 67 - Actual 131
4) Bolden: Mock 100 - Actual 101
4b) Lewis: Mock 118 - Actual 223
5) Jean-Baptiste: Mock 139 - Actual UDFA
5b) Moore: Mock 160 - Actual UDFA
6) Tandy: Mock 204 - Actual 174
6a) Collins: Mock 205 - Actual UDFA
7) Owusu: Mock 211 - Actual UDFA
7a) Paige-Moss: Mock 245 - Actual UDFA
7c) Bailey: Mock 246 - Actual UDFA

So Richardson was just about on the head, as was Bolden in the 4th. Zeitler and Tandy were value picks based on mock vs actual position taken. Randle, Mosley, and Lewis all went significantly later than their mock value. 6 drafted players, from the 5th through 7th, are still available as UDFA.

I saw that 2 were marked the mob.

I was just curious were guys actually went compared to the Browns mock.

Ah that makes sense. I was surprised he'd slip out since big boards were being used.

pretty much how I thought it played out. Heckert let the interns draft in the 3rd and 4th round because other than that we at least had proper value throughout (not worried about the Schwartz pick because the OL were so closely graded by most and we brought everybody in for a visit)

Green Bay, Minnesota, Tampa, and San Diego had pretty good drafts in retrospect. Good job, guys!
