What System do you play on and what is your name in that system? Also wonder what games everyone here enjoys? I am on PS3 with user name ShepDog1972 and I play shooters (Battlefield 3 mainly and member of the EVIL clan) but also enjoy Assassins Creeds games, Batman games, and Skyrim right now. I was playing NCAA 12 but not enough time in the day for the family, work, and then gaming in that order....In case my wife reads this...LOL. Thanks to all that respond. SHEP

I only play on Xboxlive, but don't play a whole lot of multiplayer. I'm big into Mass Effect, so I've been playing the multiplayer demo lately. Before that, not a whole lot of online play. I'll do a random Left 4 Dead of Gears session with a buddy from home.

PS3 - Punchsmack
I play FIFA 11 and.....well, that's it. I want to get MW3 but we'll see. FIFA 12 might be on my birthday wish list too.
We had a Dawgtalkers NCAA 11 Big 12 dynasty going for 2-3 seasons. It was really fun. I ran the option with A&M. Good times.
I kinda quit playing football games....I have been playing them since the first Madden came out and I just got bored with them. I picked up FIFA World Cup 2010 when it came out and it was a blast of fresh air. I played that to death and then bought FIFA 11.....played/playing that one to death too.

360 but I don't have gold. No games since L4D that I've wanted to play online. I tend to favor co op games more than deathmatch FPS type games.
My gamertag is same as on here.

I finall finished GTA4 a few months ago and ended up hating the game.
The game itself is incredible looking, the gameplay is very good, but I'm huge on the side mission type stuff and I came out unimpressed. I also thought there were too many of those pigeons to shoot, and the reward for getting them was weak.
I really hope with 5 they take a simpler approach, maybe back off on such a serious storyline, and just get back to when this series was incredible, Vice City. and San Andreas (outside of the whole going to the gym/working out thing, that game was incredible)

I played GTA3, Vice City and SA like mad....and when I tried playing GTA4 I was bored out of my mind. I couldn't get into it at all.

Red Dead Redemption had probably the best single-player storyline I've ever played.

I have to give that nod to Skyrim right now. I don't even like wizards elves dragons and that kind of stuff but that game had me hooked. Probably played about 90 hours in 2 or 3 weeks lol.
Then I got back on a Battlefield kick for the last month. I need to get back into Skyrim and get back into the main storyline. I got lost in the 1001 cool side missions.
In replying to the OP:
PC only, I faint at the thought of using a controller.
Personal favorites over the last couple years - Battlefield 3 and Bad Company 2, Left 4 Dead 1 and 2 (best zombie games of all time), GTA 4 before cheating ruined the online racing, Borderlands, Mass Effect 2 and Skyrim.

For that type of game, I totally agree. Vice City is up there too.

Yeah, don't feel bad. I sort of felt the same way about GTA IV. I don't know if it's because I am a little bit older now when I play the games or not. I doubt it though. Like you, I had a PS2 and played GTA3, VC, and SA, and they were unbelievable. A lot of people seem to dislike 3 but it has always been one of my favorites. Maybe because it's the first GTA game I played. I think with GTA IV Rockstar went with TOO much realism. I mean there's little things here and there that I notice, such as, cops are TOO sensitive. I mean I punch a guy in the face and 2 come running! I also noticed that many of my favorite fun weapons and cheat codes were taken out of IV as well. Yesterday I popped in IV for the first time in a couple months and wanted to have a riot situation so I went look for a pedestrians riot code. If anyone knows what I'm talking about they know it's great fun But low and behold, there is no riot cheat. Like others have said, on a technical standpoint the game is freaking unbelievable. But on a pure fun standpoint, I feel like the fun and havoc factors went down a peg from the other GTA's. But then again, I still have GTAIII. Maybe I'll pop it in sometime....

PC and Android devices. On PC, I play the heck out of Skyrim (it was Oblivion before that and Morrowind before that). Saints Row 3 was really fun, plenty of unlockable stuff and over the top action that made it a hoot to beat the game and get 100% everything, kind of lost a bit of luster after that. DC Universe is a pretty fun MMO that's free to play, I enjoy it time to time as a break from Skyrim. On Android, I play Pocket Empires (Dragon side, Pest alliance which is #3 in the game on Freedom sefver, probably the closest thing I'll ever get to be a winner as a Browns fan, lol), a free mobile MMO. I'm a farmer and provide defenses to our fallback areas, I just build and conqour troops to loan out to my cousin who is considered a heavy hitter because of his troop pool size which is kind of funny because I've got 10x the number of troops he does. Plus I've got a few time sinks on there like Angry Birds, Ceramic Destroyer, Router, Word Collapse, and finally Pocket Frogs. I don't have a PS3 and rarely touch the Xbox, I can't help it, I'm more of a keyboard and mouse kind of guy.

I play on my PC. Games I am playing at the moment are World of Tanks and BF3. Started playing GTA4 a little here and there again since I now have a system that can run it without lag and still getting good framerate.

Anyone play Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3? I've heard from some people it feels recycled and stale. Is that true???

Yeah I can see that. If you're a huge fan of the series, it's worth the buy (39.99 on amazon)
The spec ops is revamped, it's more like the zombies, where you have waves of enemies coming at you, and you can do a bunch of stuff (zombie mode still better)
The single player was not very fun at all, the multiplayer is the same old story, nothing really new added. The maps aren't bad.
I thought Battlfield was a better game, the single player had a really interesting storyline and the multiplayer was lots of fun.

Well duh. When you've put out 37 different versions of a FPS, eventually it'll get a little repetitive...
I liked what I played of Campaign mode.
I mostly play it online, haven't in awhile cause I need a new headset.
I don't talk much, but can't seem to get into a game without it..
And plus when I play Madden I can throw it down on the floor when my team messes up. #thelittlethings
Am I the only one that pronounces hyperbole "Hyper-bowl" instead of "hy-per-bo-le"?

I generally play on PS3 or PC... my xbox is barely used anymore but I really prefer the PS3 controller... its funny because as a dev I know the PS3 is a real pain to work on compared to the xbox
