Hey guys. We are looking to buy a split level with only baseboard heating. We know a couple people who have installed forced air heat and cooling with duct work in ranches, but never in a split level.
Anyone have any experience in this? We are thinking it might be around $10,000 to $15,000 but would like to know if anyone out there has done this for real.

I've not done it but I've seen it done. Instead of cutting holes in floors or running tin duct work as you might think you need to do, it can be done with Flexible tubing. Not sure of the expense, but I can't believe it's cheap..
