I know that when I was a young girl I was madly in love with Tony Curtis. My mom never let me forget the time I watch a movie in which his character died. I cried for days because at that age I thought it had really happened. The movies he starred in were wonderful classics. Rest peacefully Spartacus. You will be remembered. RIP Tony Curtis

RIP Indeed. The Great Race is still one of my all-time favorite movies. It features one of the greatest pie fight scenes of all time. Hilarious stuff.

Didn't he play the part of Antoninus in the movie Sparticus? I thought Kirk Douglas played Sparticus?

Yes, he did play Antonious. I just went to check his filmography on wikipedia and that is the part he played. He had an extensive film career and the list is long and distinguished.
I remember the Great Race, that was and will always be one of my all time favorite movies. The pie fight was hiliarious.

OH yeah,, the guy was a great actor.. Like I said, one of my all time favorites.. along with Kirk Douglas and of course,,, The Duke....
