Does anyone know? There used to be a nice insert with chapters on it and movie info. Have the studios become that cheap?

IDK I only notice that there ins't any inserts when I buy Older movies on DVD at Walmart, just bought the Godfather trilogy for $28 and no inserts. But when I buy new movies I get an insert. At the same time I bought the Godfater I bought the Departed and I got an insert.

and many pc's don't come with recovery disks anymore either.. You need to burn your own.. *chuckle* or you can run to the store you bought the pc from and complain that they should have been told that they needed to create your own recovery disk even though the first thing your pc asks you to do after boot up is...... to create a recovery disk.. yeah companies are getting cheap

I was wondering the same thing. I figured that I wasn't getting inserts because I was buying my DVD's through Columbia House DVD Club. Figured I was getting the "club" packaging.

i think its because its redundant....

if you want to see chapters, then you just go to scenes....

as far as the movie itself goes, there is a ton more extras on dvd's now...all in video form....comentary, deleted scenes...extras...games...

might have been needed when dvd's were in there infancy, but not now....
