I play in a dynasty with some of my friends from college over the internet which is sweet because on lives in NY, on in AR, one in CA ...
Here's the problem ... One kid will go into his depth charts and sub in fast receivers for Tight ends and Full backs ... and will basically just go pass happy.
It's hard enough in the first year of our dynasty to have a secondary cover 3 wr sets ... but he basically runs one or two plays over again that expose me .. and whats worse - because I cant tell who he REALLY has out there (the play selection screen says 1 WR 2 TE 1 RB 1 FB ... but they are all fast receivers and running backs) .. I end up either matching them up with linebackers too slow to cover ... or get stuck in a nickel/dime def if he does audible into a running attack ..
Just not sure how to stop that type of offense ..

Blitz the crap out of him. Crap blitzes like punt block and field goal block. If he is running long pass plays over and over again, he won't have time to get a throw off.
That is the problem with playing online. People learn one or two plays and basically cheat to win. It takes all the fun out of it.
