Good ball game tonight in New York. Hoping for the Twins, but I will root for whoever wins this series.

How did this team even get into the post-season? We're not a good baseball team, at all.
I used to think our fans were dumb for putting Francona on the hot seat, but I'm getting pretty tired of him mis-managing games, too...

I'd take a 95-67 record, 3d best in the AL, and no National League team with a better record, ANY year. "We're not a good baseball team." Gimme a break; maybe they're not having a good playoff series w/the Angels, OK, but this is not a 'bad' baseball team. And now you've got Francona in the hot seat.

I think the Sox would have been the Yankees only challenger,...do you think the Angels can pull this off ?? -- their pitching is good and they can run the bases (too bad the Twins can't  ) Gardenhire is probably on his way to see his cardiologist today.

It's nice to be hated. People don't hate bad teams  Any Sox fan who tells you they thought we had a chance at a title this year, was lying to you. Our offense wasn't good enough all year. Out pitching got us to the post season. Hopefully we go out and make some big moves this offseason to improve out hitting.

that's actually not true.
i really, really hate the washington wizards, and they're a bad basketball team, the only reason they took it on the chin from us in the playoffs 3 years straight was because the east is weak enough to where bad teams make it.
