I know someone looking to hire an entry level/Jr. graphic artist ASAP, but the job is in Georgia.
Just thought I'd throw it out there during these hard times.

Where at in Georgia? Just curious. Makes it a bit more interesting if the city were known.

It's in the Atlanta area. Here is what he is looking for:
I am in need of a formally trained designer with knowledge of pre-press layout, digital printing layout, photography enhancement, etc. This designer will have a junior level understanding of layout, color, and compositional balance.
My preference is a designer just out of design school with a lust learn and work on medium to large projects. My company deals with industry of all types from Automotive to Consumer Electronics to Mom and Pop sized companies.
All candidates should be prepared to show a resume and examples of their work.
His business is growing, and may be a good start for someone entering the field. I'm just trying to help out a pup, if I can.

I actually know someone fresh out of graphic design from University of Kansas, I'll see if I can track him down and give him the info.
We don't have to agree with each other, to respect each others opinion.
