Anyone try out this demo yet? My friend and I downloaded the demo for the PS3 and played non stop for 3 hours. I don't think I have ever gotten more use out of a demo before. The release date is May 15. If you like UFC then this game is a must have.

I d/l the demo, it looks great, Im getting it. They have over 80 real UFC fighters in the game.
I thought it was coming out on the 19th? Did it get pushed up?

I played the demo. Seems like it could be fun- just seems like there's a lot of moves to memorize.
Haven't played any UFC games at all prior. Looked pretty good, but I'll hold out for Fight Night instead.

This demo is a blast. I MAY pick it up. I still need to grab Guitar Hero: Metallica though.

Already bought it earlier today...didn't know about the special at Best Buy. I've only played a few online matches and it is by far the fighting game I've ever played. I love that it has no stamina meters and you could be dominating a fight and still get "caught".

After playing online a few times, Im not sure there is even a way to meet up with friends. It seems like you can only search for an open game, so your stuck against a random person everytime. Not sure if this is true, but thats what it seems like so far.

I picked it up last Friday, I get my butt handed to me on a regular basis, which makes my wins all the more sweet. My only gripe is that custom fighters are too hard. Even if their rating is like 67, they can crush the likes of Rampage, Liddell, Lesner, with ease.
I fought a guy the other day whose custom fighter was a 101. LOL

You can take the Custom Fighter option off if you host your own online fight. It's in the options.

Good looking out. I'll have to check that out next time I play.
So far, I'd say I've most successful with:
Heavy Weight - Mirko Cro Cop
Light Heavy Weight - Forrest Griffin
Middleweight - Michael Bisping
Welterweight - Josh Koscheck
Lightweight - Mac Danzig
I typically play Light Heavy, since that's where your more prominent fighters are. Heavy weight gets boring quickly since everyone takes Brock Lesner. I'd definitely like to see an expansion pack with classic UFC fighters like Ken Shamrock, Tank Abbott, Dan Severn, etc...
