Not a big horse race fan but I have to say todays race was awesome. Mine That Bird came from like 13th or 14th place and blew away the other horses. Did anyone else watch? IF not find the relpay and enjoy. Hell of a race.

I heard today's race was quite the hollywood ending for the underdog. Phenomenal race for the dark horse. ha. Maybe our Browns can do the same thing this coming season.

I'm not a big horse racing fan either, but that horse was wayyyyyyy behind and it bobbed and weaved and came out of nowhere to absolutely smoke the rest of the field. Nice to see a 50-1 horse blow everyone away...
Joe Thomas made Justin Timberlake change his name. He didn't want wusses to have the same initials...

Oh.. and not that I paid to see the fight, but Pacquiao beat Hatton worse than this horse beat the other horses...
Maybe Hatton's entire nose got flattened into his face...

That was a awfully strong hit that knocked Hatton out in the 2nd round.. I didn't pay for the fight either, but living in a house with filipinos has its benefits when Pacquaio fights..

He did. It reminded me a lot of that "impossible" final scene from Seabiscuit, where Seabiscuit is a good 10 lengths back on the backstretch, and then bobbed-and-weaved his way amazingly to first. That scene got a lot of flak from racing enthusiasts, because for one, it didn't happen (Bis was in the top 5 most the race), and two ... the run looked rediculously impossible to happen in anywhere other than Hollywood.
But then Mine that Bird pretty much did the same thing yesteday. Blew past the rest of the field like they were standing still.
