I got a question for my fellow and beloved computer geeks. I jut grabbed a 3rd systemjust to mess around with and do some toying around with, and one thing I am looking into is instead of installing a windows based OS I am thinking about downloading Linux.

I haven't done the research yet, but I am using a Compaq Deskpro EN933. This sucker is old but it isn't my main system but as a computer geek, a prmary CPU, laptop, and now this secondary system just wasn't good enugh.
The point of my question is it worth trying or is it a hassle on this old a system.

Try it.. Linux is pretty good on fitting on a system with pretty low specs. But of course you can still set it up that will make it run only on higher systems, but old systems like that should run it fine. I would talk more, but work calls when I'm not there..
