I usually work a part time job since my divorce to make ends meet. I was wondering if anyone ever delivered pizza? If so is it decent money? About what is the average per hr rate to expect?

Pizza delivery here is comparable to waiting tables, I would imagine it will be the same in your area. Delivering pizza usually brings added car expenses with it. You can deduct expenses from your taxes, but money spent is still money spent. Overall I would say most peole average a couple of dollars above minimum wage.

I did it for one summer, it is a good job imo. I probably made a anywhere from 9-16 dollars an hour, with it usually being somewhere in the middle. It's a pretty east, relaxed job, and especially nice because you are by yourself most of the time just driving around listening to music/sports games.

I don't know exactly how unemployment works with part time jobs, but if you get laid off from your main(full time) job, will you not get benefits? Just have to get by on that part time money?

Look into this before you get a part time job.
I hope you don't get laid off, but you have to think about these things nowadays.
