No factory Corvettes  (they're only running 8 races in the American LeMans series) Best vette is presently 24th...Stevenson Motorsports (518 laps complete, 69 laps behind) One Mustang (only completed 52 laps) The GT class is great if you like Porches GT3's or Pontiac GTO's. No more GT1's & 2's. Just GT. Which is ok because the GT1's only had the vettes and the Austin Martin's (a 4 car class). I just wish we had some factory teams there...like Ford, Chevy, Ferrari, etc instead of just a few independants. Times are hard I guess.

At my house, it's a National Holiday!
Hubby and friends have it on and they're having their own Rolex 24 at Daytona. They do this every year...a computer sim game race for 24 hours. Basically, it's an excuse for the boys to have a slumber party...(they do it again in March for the 12 at Sebring)

Man! The end of that race was AWESOME! I don't recall a 24 hour race with that many cars having the chance to take overall. Very cool! Very happy that Brumos won, even though I'm not a big Porsche fan.
