Does anyone have a link to a free download of this program? I am searching trying to find a download but can't seem to find one without the link leading me to pay for the program. If anyone can help it will be highly appreciated

Download a 60 day trial.

Probably because it's not a freeware program.

I know it's not free and I have a link to a trial offer through my school but the link is either wrong or down, and I already mentioned it to my instructor so either way I will get it corrected, I was just hoping if someone had a link handy to a site that would get me to the correct place so I could download it and get a head start on one of my school projects.

No kidding on the free part, I had a similar issue when I needed Microsoft Visio for a school project and the link kept sending me to pay sites until my instructor corrected the link. I am starting to think that my school is trying to get me to purchase a product I only need temporarily, it wouldn't shock me it that was the case since it is the American way.

LOL Fletch. UOP and Microsoft do have some kind of agreement. The deal they have right now for the Microsoft Office Suite through the school is a really good deal. Microsoft Project is a very expensive program. I did the free trial and that got me through the 9 week class. I found it on the Microsoft website. www.Microsoft.com

LOL she fixed the damn link. It drove me nuts but once the link was corrected I could load it on my machine but it wouldn't save the document. I put it on the Mrs. laptop and had no problems. Yeah I know about the deal they have but I got Office 2007 for free, and I am not going to pay for their deal, but it does suck some I wish they told me these are "required programs".

Can you give me a heads up on if I need anything else program wise in the near future? Thanks bud!

On a side note, it is a solid program once I got to use it!

As far as I can remember, Visio and Project were the only two. I had the problem getting Visio and Tech support and the instructor insisted it was supposed to be part of the Microsoft Office Suite.

Thanks. I think we should have a school access area for these programs, hell it took longer to install the program then it did for me to learn and understand it.

Thanks for the heads up though! It is highly appreciated!

The college I go to offer the same deal regarding Office 2007. It's only $59 if you a student which is a very nice deal.

I got office free too, but it's Office XP and some things don't work between my version and 2007 unless you download a converter file from Microsoft. Same at work we use the 2003 version and I can't download anything to my work PC, so I can't get the compatibility file to be able to do HW at work anymore for a class I am taking on PowerPoint I love looking like I am working but actually doing homework while getting paid lol

UOP offers Office Ultimate for that price, but I have office 2007. Funny thing is that the Mrs. laptop and my machine have the same operating system as well as office but still only worked on hers, which is weird. I got what I needed though but it was wild to get to the point I needed to go, never have I had such issues program wise but it is what it is.

I sincerely hope that's a joke.
