Well I have been playing Franchise mode with my Browns on a number of occassions now, and seem to have a problem with the game freezing when I am in the training mode. I have done an internet search and apparently it is a common problem and there is a patch number 2 that has been released that fixes some of the issues. I havent been able to find this patch has anyone else? I dont play online and therefore my PS3 is not connected to the internet. Can I download onto a disk on my pc and then use this in my PS3? Any help is much appreciated!!!!

I'll do you one better, get ESPN 2k5 and get the updated rosters.

Yeah, you can download the patch to your PC, copy it over to a flash drive, then hook that puppy up to your PS3 and update it that way. You can also update your system software for the PS3 the same way.
Why not just hook up your PS3 online and update everything, then take it back offline?
