Manning is going against Pitt...I picked up Quinn...and am seriously debating starting him. Peyton will most likely struggle...what do ya think?

I have a claim on Brady as my back up, and I also have Manning. Except the other Manning.
Eli against Philly or Brady against Denver will be my issue IF I get him.
If Indy doesn't get their run game going, then Manning will struggle. I'd hate going with a QB who is making their NFL debut, but Denver's D is giving up a good amount of yards in the air.

Tough call. I've picked up a rookie before to fill in for a week and he threw 5 interceptions. I'd be cautious about starting Quinn. However, Denver reminds me a bit of the Browns from last year. Able to score points, but defense is awful. I think this game may have potential to be a high scoring shoot out. It all depends how conservative they are with Quinn.

Funny, I have the exact same dilemma... Quinn or Eli? I'm leaning toward Quinn because I think I'll be okay despite my QB this week. I was able to snag him off the wire, so I might as well use him while I can. Not too many other matchups I like for Quinn the rest of the way.

I love that you guys have the orange-tinted glasses and are using them to start a rookie QB in his first ever start.
sure, it's against a defense that wasn't very good to start and lost it's 2 best LB's and best CB...but still, it's a complete shot in the dark for fantasy purposes.
hope your gut is correct.

Quinn threw for approx. the same number of yards last night that Peyton has in 6 of his 8 games.....with 2 TDs. Pitt has the #1 pass defense. Good gut feeling thus far.
