Thanks to 62 in the countdown thread, he reminded me that tonight is the end of Daylight Saving Time. So, set your clocks back an hour at 2 a.m. Sunday morning.
I am unfamiliar with this feeling of optimism

Whats the worst that could happen? You get to the tailgate an hour early. Nout a bad thing.

Anytime I can get an extra hour of sleep is a good thing.

I'm gonna go into work and set the clocks ahead one hour just to mess with people in the morning.

My question is, my wife works as a nurse on midnights tonight. Does she get paid for 13 hours, 12 hours, or does she get to leave at 6am instead of 7am? She just started midnights a couple weeks ago. She couldn't answer me.
My real concern is this. I live in Cincy and I don't get the game tomorrow on tv. So, I have to go to the bar at 1pm. If she gets off at 6, then she can be up by 1pm so I don't have to take the kids with me to BWs (3 yr old and 10 yr old). If she has to work to 7am, then she isn't as likely to wake up in time. She doesn't work tomorrow night.

They will get an hour of overtime if they work the midnight shift. That's how it is at my hospital.

My wife works the same shift in the ER down here. She gets the extra hour paid. I'd imagine that's pretty common.
