I've been invited to go the FedEx CB stadium tour tonight...I guess 3 players are going to show us the whole deal...and then we are eating dinner with them. I have no clue who they are...hopefully KW2, Rodgers, and Stallworth(so I can kick his butt). But anway I was wondering if anybody else is going...I think theres like 25 slots.
Im not 100% sure Im gonna go...I might go hunting after work...they fedex rep wont gimmie much details.
Anybody else going?

I'll go out on a limb here and say none.
Just looking at the math equation tells me that the chances of someone else from this board having tickets to this event are the same as me, pulling a rabbit out of my ass.
Just a guess though.
Have a great time if you go.

Go Hunting.... bow season started last saturday and due to camper closings, high school soccer games and working late, along with a fishing tonrament this Sunday I havent been out yet......we have a soccer game saturday at 11:00 and afterwards, gonna try to sneak out & get in alittle bow hunting. It's early and this cool down will only help start to turn on the deer, I normally dont go real early anyway due to it being pretty warm yet, but I'm busten to get out in the woods.....Good luck

true,
I know Tucker, Fraley & Thomas all hunt, I know Fraley loves to shot bow, If one of those guys are there might be able start up a conversation with them, i'm sure they get sick of talking football 24/7.
Around North West Ohio a 8 point is golden, an 8 point is a big boy in our neck of the woods, hunting is getting better, but there is so much flat land on this side of Ohio, I must say it is getting alot better, I hunt public land and have seen alot of deer over the last few years. have two vacation days set aside for bow hunting might have to cash one in here shortly.

Tuck and Brant Boyer hunt two farms down from me..usually on Mondays or Tuesdays..havent seen them yet this season. My cousin's friends hunts the farm with them....they arent bad guys... when I met'em...didnt talk an ounce about football just deer hunting.
They said Thomas and JJ hunt in Lake county somewhere.

Last March I was working a fishing show with a friend of mine, we got there about 7:00 am to set up the booth, well were all done and drinking some coffee when Kevin & Randy Van Dam come up and sit down, and start drinking coffee & talking about deer hunting, I've met Kevin & Randy many times so this wasnt a suprise to me, but for a couple other guys, it was a complete shock, Kevin loves to fish but he loves to hunt, he says becuase fishing is his lively hood it's serious, hunting is his passion his hobby. Kevin sat around and talked to us about hunting and did mention the tour but after about half hour he thanked us for the coffee and said he better get back home, his wife had chores for him to do and he was already in the dog house so he better leave. Great level headed down to earth family you could ever met, first time I met kevin he was starting out to make his name and was on the road for three weeks striaght, was traveling all day to get to a seminar which started at 8:00 pm lasted two hours and he said he had been up since around 4:30 am, still had to catch a flight out of here that night, but Kevin talked to a bunch of anglers like he was going fishing with us in the morning, I've met some guys who talked to us like they we professionals and we are just weekend fisherman, not Kevin, he was asking us what 7 how we used diffrent baits, he was learing from us also, he stopped and talked to my son for a bout a half hour, thing is Kenvin didnt need to do this, he could have left at anytime.

I think that's a no-brainer.
It's a unique event, get a private tour of the stadium by players, and then eat a free dinner with them.
Screw the hunting.
If you go, let us know how it is. Sounds cool.

I got to do this through my work 3 years ago. We got a tour, but it wasn't given by the players. We got to walk through the tunnel, but it was pouring so we weren't allowed on the field. There were a couple hundred people invited, which were all from local companies that ship with Fed Ex. Joe Andruzzi and Braylon were there. They both spoke to the crowd then took questions then signed autographs...
Joe Thomas made Justin Timberlake change his name. He didn't want wusses to have the same initials...

I took a stadium tour on draft day this year. It was a lot of fun...got to go in the press box and on the edge of the field (not allowed on the grass for liability reasons apparently), into one of the visitors locker rooms for a brunch and then a discussion in the Browns locker room with Sam Rutigliano, Eric Steinbach, Antwan Peek, Dave Zastudil, Josh Cribbs, and some retired Browns players who escape me at the moment, other than Judge Ambrose.
Hope your tour was a good time.

It was pretty sweet...Derek Anderson was supposed t be there, but Fedex was denied acces to him, then Quinn was scheduled to be there..we waitet about an hour but then got word through one of the Browns copr guys at the event that the Browns had also denied acess to Quinn.
So Gred Pruit and Langhorn came...cool but not as cool.
Anway we went down into the stadium...saw the training room...I walked around in th locker room...I looked around in Quinn and Andersons lockers...I wanted to leave notes in the lockers so bad...but I figured I might get into trouble so I didnt.
I got to run outo f the tunnel onto the field...and look around at an empty stadium....Purit had some hilarious stories..and is a really nice guy...Langhorn said almost nothing to anybody but Pruit.
The coolest thing i saw was in hallway leading into the locker rooms...where all the players an coaches have to walk through...Phil Savage...himself...has hung a rope with 3 knots tied into it...its hangs there out of the ceiling.
Beside it on the wall is a little sign that reads:
"When your climbing the mountain of sucess, you must keeping moving foward, up the rope. Success isnt easy, you will have setbacks, but if you catch the knots, you wont fall far, and can continue your climb to success.
Will you be a not in rope? Will you be the one the catches the fall, and starts the climb again? Will you be a knot, and stop the fall, and start the climb for the Cleveland Browns?"

Sounds great!
But, tell me, Phil didn't really spell knot as "not" did he?

Dude, next to Brown and Kelly, Greg Pruitt was the most exciting running back the Browns ever had. He was the one that made "tear-away" jerseys illegal.........man, what I would give to meet him........."sighs".........
