it depends on who's on your roster and how the league's step up

Not knowing any of that, StL is pretty horrible this year. I'd take it, but if you don't really have any RB's I wouldn't.

I've got Chris Johnson, Michael Turner, and Earnest Graham as my top RBs and Calvin Johnson, Houshmanzadeh, and Jennings as my top WRs. 2 RB, 2 WR, and 1 RB/WR are the positions.

I'd keep Jackson, You've got enough at WR Calvin, Jennings and TJ are great WR to have.

As miserable as the Rams offense is I have to hang onto Jackson. To me Johnson is an injury waiting to happen.
