Was there anyone else out there last night that was punished with the Hannah Montana in 3-D concert last night?? I had a houseful of screaming 3-6 year olds and couldn't buy a plane ticket quick enough to get out..... The 3-D was impressive though....

how much different was it than a regular viewing--do the images pop onto the screen? I'm partially blind in my right eye and have never been able to really get the full effect of 3-d movies.
I don't see why Hannah Montana movies would require 3-d goggles--was the CGI that good? It's not like Spidey or obvi. Batman with lots of action scenes--it sounds like most of these kinds of movies take place on sets like classrooms, dance floors or someone's house.

It was a concert movie Asia. My daughter and wife watched it, I saw a bit of it. I couldnt get the 3d glasses to fit over my eyeglasses so I gave up. From what I was told it was pretty good.

My wife and I took our daughter to the movie...AND the concert. She liked the concert better. The movie was only about half of her show...for that reason alone it wasn't worth the $15.00 admission price.

Please let there be another fad instead of Hannah Montana when Anna's old enough. I just can't get into her show etc. My little cousins keep trying to get me to like it, I just can't. UGH!

Actually, that's going to come to an end. The third and final installment of HSM will be coming out this October...in theatres. The first two movies were made for TV...I'm sure Disney is kicking themselves for not putting the other two on the big screen as well...they would have made a killing at the box office.

don't feel bad, I'm completely blind in my left eye. Also, Hannah Montana: the best of both worlds tour is on Showtime. Mylie (sp) performs as herself and Hannah. I don't believe it's 3-D though and it's from 2007 tour. I didn't watch it and don't plan to, LOL. Enjoy!

Well, I know the show is for kids, I find it hard to believe any adults would enjoy it.

I've already gotten tired of Miley/Hannah and her father, who now gets another 15 minutes of fame.

I've already copied our entire collection of old Barney tapes to DVD, you just need to tell me where to send them.

I'd rather deal with Barney. I sing his theme song to Anna already. Amazing, I make most people deaf when I sing, but she seems to love hearing me!

I grew up with Lizzy McGuire and Even Stevens.
I always thought the girl who played Ren was hott...and I still would propose to Hillary Duff on the spot if I met her.

I could care less about Miley Cyrus but I like that my seven year old daughter likes her. She seems like a pretty good role model for a young girl to look up to, I would say the same thing for High School Musical which my daughter also likes a lot.

Add to that:
Wild and Crazy Kids Hey Dude The secret world of Alex Mack The Mystery Files of Shelby Woo
that was some entertainment; oh back in the day

Do you believe every piece of crap the media feeds you? You probably watch TMZ also. Hey and OMG!! she had a picture where you could see her back. I would much rather my daughter look up to a good wholesome girl like Miley than some whore like Chistina Aguilerra.

Actually I hate TMZ, I think it's disgraceful.
I'm not talking about the backless pics...I'm talking the myspace-type photos.
I'd link them but I'm sure I'd have an extended timeout for it, if not a permanent one.
Personally I think Hillary Duff, Ashley Tisdale and Amanda Bynes (all 3 I dream of marrying cuz they seem to have their heads on right) are better role models.

Well the leaking of some private photos of a sixteen year old girl and her boy friend is TMZ type crap. I have only seen one of them and it wasnt really bad, but that is besides the point.
Miley has never done anything that would not make her a good role model, I doubt my daughter would ever see some stuid leaked photos, I am more referring to stage show and her TV shows, the others you mentioned are also good role models and my daughter likes them also, it doent have to be either/or. Though some of Ashely Tinsdales recent stuff has been a bit racy.

Salute your shorts was the one I watched all the time. "Camp Anayana(sp?) we hold you in our hearts,,and when we think about you,," hehe Shoot I go back to "You Can't Do That on television" and Double Dare Saved By The Bell every Saturday morning and then on TBS after school.
I am just amazed at TV now. I am so glad my daughters are 4 and 1 and were still in the Blues Clues/Spongebob phase of things. But I tell you what,,if Dora was a real person I would slap that annoying little kid
Our honor defend, we will fight to the end, for OHIO! GO BUCKS!
