If you storm the capital, assault police officers and try to stop the certification of a presidential election it's compared to a tourist tour and a "day of love". Everyone will be pardoned. This guy keyed some Teslas and the same people that stayed silent about the Jan. 6th criminals being pardoned suddenly think a guy who keyed some cars deserves prison time.

Why do aliens get due process? They aren't legal citizens protected as legal citizens. Once it is established they aren't here legally, the only processing needed is to process them out of the country.

Why do you keep ignoring the fact that there was a court order in place NOT to send him to one specific place, El Salvador and that's exactly where they sent him?

And how can you advocate sending people to a foreign prison with no criminal charges being filed and no due Process?

What it seems you are dong here is trying to act as though deportation and sending someone to a foreign prison based on accusations alone is the same thing. Well it's not.

So I see that the MAGA bunch here are good with all of them being sold for $20,000 to a country not of their origin and put in a concentration (prison) camps. Is that right? Even the ones that have not been charged with any other crime? Really?

My wording was poor in my last reply. They get due process, it not like "You are an illegal Jester, you are out of here".

This guy has been through two hearings. Both times it was established he was illegal.

We don't owe this "Maryland Man" the time of day. We sent him back to his own country. What is own country does to him is their business. His country determined he is a bad hombre and put him in prison. He probably ran from there to get away from them.

That's an issue his lawyers in El Salvador need to take up with the courts down there.

We "sent him to a prison there and paid them to keep him there." El Salvador didn't put him there. There was an actual court order in place NOT TO SEND HIM THERE. When did a former legal official such as yourself determine that breaking a court order that is in place became okay?

The hearings you're talking about were bond hearings. They only decided that they would hold him w/o bond. The threshold for "guilty" in that hearing is not the same... the judge did NOT rule that he was here illegally, nor that he was a gang member, nor did the judge rule that he should be deported.


It shouldn't be, but willful ignorance can really complicate things sometimes.

I don't know if it's comedic and hilarious or just tragic and sad. The same people and posters who went to Great length to explain the difference between a guilty lea and being found liable in a civil court of law when Trump was adjudicated to have raped someone now don't know the difference between a bond hearing and a court verdict.
