If she claimed the Virginia property as a primary residence, she clearly isn't living there. If she is, she is probably breaking some NY laws by holding office in a state in which she doesn't reside. If in fact she claimed that, no matter which way the worm turns she will be facing problems.

As for rental property, it will be easy enough to determine if it is 4 units or 5 units.

The part about being married to her father, I don't know what to make of that.

As always - if she is guilty then throw the book at her. Political affiliation should not affect legal prosecutions one way or the other. Period.

LOL, the circumstances are pretty similar for those who are trying to implicate Biden or Trump in either one of those cases. I truly don't think either one had anything to do with it, personally. I do think the parties/strategists at large had significant sway into what gets examined with a magnifying glass in order to rouse up dirt.

Those debates would be entertaining. The sad fact of the matter is I think both would be viable candidates for the Dems, something Stephen A himself admitted as being a problem.

You know how it works. They have her guilty until presumed innocent. There hasn't even been a grand jury yet. there have been no charges filed yet. This is how you can tell someone is frothing at the mouth looking for blood in the water.

I'm with you. If she is found guilty of a crime throw the book at her. What party she belongs to shouldn't matter. If they can find 34 counts to convict her on it will serve as a qualification to be the next president.

As long as it’s not baseless allegations with the only proof being a trumpian lackey’s words; I feel the same. The Law is meant to be applied equally, and regardless of what Eve thinks, most of the left is fine with making sure our own are policed as well. No, I never said Trump is a child molester. I posted a story about a former close adviser being charged. At this point those are only allegations like the charges against Letitia. If either or both are guilty I hope they both get the book thrown at them. Trump has previously talked about (bragged about) having the best people around him... so there is a question over his ethos and judgement if yet one more of his closest inner circle is convicted. I think that might matter to some people?

On Trump himself: Trump is on tape bragging about grabbing girls vaginas without their consent - He's bragged about going through girls changing room at beauty shows and seeing them naked without their consent - He talked about and sexulaized his daughter - Trump has been found liable and ajudicated to have raped a woman ... those things would be more indicative of who and what Trump is. It bothers some people and others not so much.

Actually there is some difference. Robert Morris has been indicted and charged on five counts. As of yet there have been no criminal charges filed against Letitia James.
