The FO's decision making on character "flaws" of huge $$$ signings is quite suspect. If we just throw enough money at these "stars" their behavior will change. What "character flaws" are you talking about in this case?
Intoducing for The Cleveland Browns, Quarterback Deshawn "The Predator" Watson. He will also be the one to choose your next head coach.

So using leverage to get the best deal in his own career makes him a flake?

Myles was interviewed by Siciliano.
He was asked if he knows the QB plans. He responded yes.
But he would not say what the plans are.
He probably knows that they are going to sign Cousins and who they are targeting in the draft.
Myles signing the deal is a good thing IMO.

Myles did not mention Cousins he just smiled and referenced he knows the FO plans for QB. What does that mean? Who and what details we do not know the assumption by plans is they went thru their options and presented him a group of vets and a group of draft picks.

That makes much more sense. Because let's face it some of these FA's will talk to multiple teams and get multiple offers.

Your ability to not explain what the hell you are talking about is amazing. You are the one who called him a flake. So what is it that you base that on? Try to use your words.

J/C
What if the name they gave him wasn't a QB but a stud defensive player that could free him up more to add more sacks? Maybe Abdul Carter or Mason Graham? Could it be that they sold him on being the leader of the best defense in the NFL with him able to set sack records? Just throwing that out there - not saying I believe it.
