I think you have to give him the border. Things like birthright citizenship which is a constitutional guarantee is all F'd up but he did promise to stop the flow of immigrants coming across our southern border and he has done a good job of that.
Yet when it comes to all borders it's gets F'd up again. His idiotic claim that Canada needs to stop the flow of Fentanyl coming from Canada as an excuses for tariffs is moronic. Omly 0.2% of Fentanyl entering the U.S. is coming across the border from Canada.
So if you isolate the border issue strictly to stopping the flow of immigrants crossing the border it has been successful.

That's a perfect example of the point I'm trying to make.
His handling of the border is arguably his strongest move, and yet even that doesn't check all the boxes. As you said, his EO attack against a Constitutional amendment plus the nonsense he's stirring with Canada. I'd also argue that any solution without some sort of law passed is only temporary at best.
There is no level of sucking we haven't seen; in fact, I'm pretty sure we hold the patents on a few levels of sucking NOBODY had seen until the past few years.
I totally agree with you. An EO or multiple EO's on immigration is a band aid on a bullet wound. It is the job of congress to write and pass immigration law. The people trying to make an argument to the contrary either have no idea how our government is supposed to function or don't care. Maybe a mixture of both. But then the last bipartisan immigration bill that was set to pass before trump undermined it and gave instructions to sink it wouldn't have created the opportunity for him to play immigration king after the election. And that's all he cared about when he wanted the bill voted down.

Jon Stewart made an observation that I agree with. A lot of his diagnoses about where the problems are in the country are spot on. Spot on.
But it then he appears to just use those points as a Trojan Horse to make it into office and then do whatever is best for him individually on the vast majority of issues (not every single one).
Like I've said before with the reduction of spending, that is a valid diagnosis. How he has gone about doing it has made very little to no sense, and there are just countless lies and stretches of truth to go along with it.
It would be like diagnosing someone with being overweight (which would be objectively true), and then sawing their leg off to make sure that they reached their goal weight...and then telling the public that person is healthy again.

Hey, trump has made Russia greater again. Got to give him that accomplishment. He is weakening the US to do it too. So, we know it’s intentional. I’m not the only one questioning his actions either:
He has now cut off aid and intel sharing to Ukraine. He’s Putin’s Bitch.
