A rock comes flying through a window in my garage. No matter what happened to cause it, that window is still broken.

Now it could have happened because neighbor a hit that rock with his lawnmower. He didn't see the rock and had no idea it was there. There was no intent to break that window or actions on his part that could have prevented it. It was going to happen no matter what.

Or it could have happened because some stupid kid picked it up and threw it at the window. It was done intentionally and based purely on his poor decision.

Increasing H1B visas was one. Then a day later trump jumped on board. Musk fist opposed the agreed upon bipartisan budget plan. Then trump jumped on board. He got a pretty good deal for 250 million.

I have no idea what was so hard to understand there. Trump's huge ego would indicate if they had agreed on a policy before hand, trump would be the one to announce it. He wouldn't sit back and and allow Elon to suck up all the headlines.
