It's not up to the refs to start threads on topics. That's left up to the posters to do. Or did you mean to have forums for every one of those teams? why would anyone do that? You're a poster just like the rest of us. If you want to start a thread about Houston, Tampa Bay, Baltimore or Pittsburgh feel free to do so.
