The Mrs. Surprised me with Buckeye tix for the Indiana game this Saturday. - She bought them months ago and, well it’s Indiana and it wasn’t expected to be a huge game. Anyway, it’ll be my wife, daughter, and I and we’re looking for some tailgate suggestions. We haven’t been to a game since 2019- but loved to tailgate at the Varsity Club. However, we’ll have a 15 year old with us and am looking for some additional suggestions…
Thanks in advance.

LOL...I can't speak for OSU tailgating, never been to a game there.

My experience at college tailgates is it's cliquish. The big RV folks all park in the same lot's. The wine and cheese crowd with catering have the tents with invited quests. The "greek' houses all they their fairly closed events.

Everybody else, find an open bar and hang with the beer chugging crowd.

If everybody had like minds, we would never learn.

So you think there are people on the board go to OSU tailgates that ignored you or refused to invite you? That you were being subbed? It sure sounds that way. lol

Intoducing for The Cleveland Browns, Quarterback Deshawn "The Predator" Watson. He will also be the one to choose your next head coach.

I've never been to an OSU game. I know a few that have, though. Parking is crazy, and all over. Best advice I can give you is get there way early.

See, for some of us that have never been there, it's tough to give any advice.

On top of that, you say you were there in 2019. What did you see, do, learn?

On our way to the ‘Shoe now. Tough to find a bar that allows 15 year olds inside. We’re just going to head straight to our seats and make sure that the kid gets to see script Ohio.

I thought you said 'tailgate', not bar gate. I guess 'tailgate' means something different to me.

But, you saw a W.

Thinking about splurging for next week. It would be my first real game, I've only been up for a spring game

I hate spending so much money for one game. But this is a bucket list thing I want to do before I get too much older. I'm 48, I can still party a little bit. Lol

😂. Well, we ubered down there. Probably could have joined 1 of the thousands of tailgates going on. Instead we walked right to the shoe and saw Brutus and
The band enter. - Incredible. Game was fun also. Indy gave a decent fight, but you can tell that the Buckeyes have a lot of returning seniors on defense.

There is nothing like the atmosphere in the Shoe on game day. - Especially in November, when the sky is gray and it’s a bit chilly outside. The sea of red, the band playing on the field and in the stands. It is the quintessential football experience. Hard to put into words.
If you can find the means, please go to Osu/Mich. tell us about the game. If it was rowdy yet picturesque against Indiana, I can’t imagine how the vibe would be against TTUN.

Yeah ... well Ryan Day is trying really hard to get fired today.

This is ridiculous.

j/c..

I have been calling for Ryan Day and his bag eyes to be fired for a couple of years now. He's a loser. I can accept this loss if it finally gets Day fired. Michigan planting their flag at mid-field? Absolutely pathetic that this happened at The Horseshoe.

Vrabel to the Buckeyes talk will heat up this week.

Ryan Day’s parents both had sub 50 iq scores. It takes an absolute moron to put that kicker on the the team. Absolute stupid idiots.

that was a really bad loss ... inexcusable

"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Cooper is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Moore is flanked out wide to the right. Chubb and Ford are split in the backfield as Watson takes the snap ... Here we go."

Do we even make the playoffs after that loss?

Nope. And we shouldn’t. These idiots now need both Penn State and Indiana to lose tonight to even make it to the big10 championship.

A bunch of incompetent, moronic, stupid idiot, coaches. We don’t belong in the playoff. We suck. Just like the stupid 3-8 loser Browns. A bunch of underachieving losers.

You can kick back, watch Oregon, Texas, Georgia, and Miami in the CFP. Then watch the Steelers, Ravens, Chiefs, and Bills in the AFC Playoffs.

As for Ohio State and the Browns, they’re both a pile of crap led by crap idiots.

Thank the good Lord that I didn't go. I would be so upset right now that I spent that kind of money to watch that crap.

Ryan Day is even more embarrassing than John Cooper was right now. He was gifted so much and he's done nothing but squander it. Get him out of here ASAP.

We'll be in the playoffs. Not being in the B1G championship game keeps us at 2 losses. But he is now officially Ryan Cooper.

I’m glad to hear that you didn’t go. As for the idiots that coughed up money to see that crap coaching, and crap field goal kicker, well sorry but you’re all stupid. What a completely stupid coaching staff, and what a piece of garbage, pathetic, field goal kicker.
There is no way that these losers should be in the playoffs ahead of Michigan,Georgia Tech, or Alabama.
Ohio State is absolute crap. Their coaches are crap, their fg kicker (and his entire family) are crap-garbage. I wish that this team could move on a couple years like the loser-a** browns will.
A complete embarrassment.

Yes, lol.

It’s our second loss of the year. 1 to the #1 team and this was the second.

Day isn’t getting fired (maybe after the season), The Buckeyes still have the playoffs.

I think you are right. I'd like to see Oregon beat in Championship game just because I don't want a Pac team winning the championship in their first year......I wonder if Day survives four straight loses to the team up North......I doubt it. He could survive IF the win National Championship. Time will tell. Bucks were tight whole game and Kicker got the throat on kick with wind.....sad.

Ohio State, and their crap coaching, and crap-squared fg kicker, and crap to the third special teams, does not belong in the playoffs. Michigan, Alabama, and a bunch of marginal teams all belong ahead of crap Ohio State. Bunch of stupid idiots.

Sounds like a tough day in Buckeye land.

OK...they lost to Michigan. They will still be in the playoffs with a chance at the national championship and people want to fire the coach?

Funny stuff. Everybody needs to get some sleep and it will be better in the morning.

Tell me you do not remotely understand the rivalry without telling me you do not understand the rivalry.

Just as hilarious, is thinking the Bucks have a chance of winning the National Championship. Ryan Day does not win big games. He's a perpetual choker. A loser.

Ohio State Football has two rules:

1) Beat Michigan

2) Win the National Championship

Jim Tressel and Urban Meyer understood this.

If you cannot do either, given the resources and expectations, hit the road. This is not the Cleveland Browns where everyone showing up with their shoes tied is considered a success and continued losing for higher draft picks is celebrated.

Alright, now that the cerveza has worn off, I can comment rationally. I can’t blame Day for the two missed fg’s. Michigan won because our kicker had a horrible outing.
We are still in the playoffs and will most likely be the 8 seed.- Which is where we’d be if we would have lost to Oregon in a week.
We still stand a great chance to win a title.

Kudos to Sherron Moore for coaching a great game.

Whatever.

I fully understand the rivalry. I think it somewhat stupid, but I understand it. I was an avid Bucks fan until I was maybe 25 years old. Going to Florida and having lived in SEC country for the last 45+ years has changed that. I still root for the Bucks after the Gators and pretty much any SEC team.

I will admit it was a bad loss. Michigan sucks and much has been said about OSU spending $20 mil to attract various players to the roster. I also understand the feeling when you see your team, a team with high expectations, tied to the whipping post. I also don't like Day. Not so much for his coaching, I think he looks likes a Toussauds wax figure. His face is shiny and greasy looking like it's made of wax.

Sorry but 4 losses in a row to Michigan..... especially this year when they were barely over .500 ... is unacceptable.
