I’ve been watching YouTube videos on “Texas Frito Pie” - kinda like a walking taco but with Fritos and in a casserole dish. I’ll probably make this on Sunday afternoon. - Take a walk w/my daughter beforehand.

Saturday - I love listening to Paul Keils call Buckeye games while I mope around the house, cleaning and fixing things. I was thinking about going and taking my kid to her first Buckeye game but eh, I think she’d rather get some Christmas cash.

I’m not yet sure muni. I might watch football on Sunday, or I might join a gym that I can walk to in 10 minutes. I need to get off my arse and start exercising and I’ve always found a gym setting gets me inspired to stick with it. I’m 57 so it’s time to quit smoking cigarettes , and lay off the beer for awhile. It’s time to get real.

When quitting smoking bupropion worked wonders for me. Got me through that 4 month wall.

you can do it! The earlier you start the easier it is. I started in my 60s and wish I had started working out earlier.

You’re preaching to the choir Lamp. I’m 46, drink way too much beer and also need to get back in the gym. I quit smoking but do enjoy the occasional cigar every once in a while. They have these nicotine packs that you can put in your mouth-kinda live tobacco pouches. I’ve heard that they’re effective and very popular. Good luck with it man.

I usually joke about losing to bye week. This year it feels like we actually could, so no joke.
