The only thing worth watching Sunday (or the foreseeable future) is Nick Chubb.

What will his stat line be? I can't see them giving him more than a handful of touches, but we'll see

I'll say:

8 carries - 35 yards
1 catch - 8 yards

He won't score because our offense is a train wreck, but it will be great to see him out there

"First down inside the 10. A score here will put us in the Super Bowl. Cooper is far to the left as Njoku settles into the slot. Moore is flanked out wide to the right. Chubb and Ford are split in the backfield as Watson takes the snap ... Here we go."

Before Cubbs letter , I was not feeling much like a fan of the Browns.

After reading his letter, I started feeling like cheering the team on again.

I'm thinking six wins !

Beat Baltimore Cinnci and Pittsburgh twice each or however it would take, and win the AFCN !

That's always been the most important goal for a team, is to win their division.

I'm really hoping Chubb gives the team a spark and boost of energy more then what his stats may be.

I'm really hoping the winning starts this Sunday against the Bengals

I'm still not sold on the fact he will be playing in this weeks game.

Intoducing for The Cleveland Browns, Quarterback Deshawn "The Predator" Watson. He will also be the one to choose your next head coach.

While I would love to watch him run again, I sincerely hope he does not play. I want to watch him put this team on his shoulders and take them wherever he can, but I also don't want to see Watson get bailed out.
I very much experience schadenfreude when watching this team anymore because it is literally the only way to have ANY enjoyment from this team. Maybe Nick can change that, but I fear that any success we have as a result of Nick coming back will delay or worse, change, any decisions regarding Watson's future in Cleveland.

Browns is the Browns

... there goes Joe Thomas, the best there ever was in this game.

He'll be traded.

Browns gotta Browns.

This is his last season here. He won't be re-signed, unless at a huge discount, because of the reality of Albatros .... err .. Watson's contract.

Loyalty means nothing in the NFL, expecially in Cleveland.

Further, we are 1-5 ..... and are completely out of the playoff picture. He's going to be traded .... mark my words. (and I hope, desperately, that I am wrong)

You're wrong, sorry to say that friend. But He has had two big blown out injuries.

He loves Cleveland. No way he gets traded this season or the FO would have done that last season. jmo

He got hurt in the 2nd game of last year. They also weren't out of it in the 6th game of the season last year.

The Browns had their chance to trade him

And they didn't

Myles has a better trade value than Chubb does

I hope I am wrong, but analytics would say trade him, if you get any kind of reasonable offer.

1) coming off injury
2) wonm't be re-signed
3) team going nowhere

Myles could bring a huge return, but his contract is guaranteed, and would acceperate against the cap, if traded. I am not sure how the balance if $125 million plays nicely with the incredibly stupid money we guaranteed Watson.

7 carries for 36 yards.

Not sure Watson gets the team down close enough for Chubb to run one in.

I predict he will lead the team out of the tunnel on Sunday.

I predict he will get a standing ovation when the crowd sees him on the field, in uniform.

I predict he goes over a hundred yards and busts a long one, with his name being chanted by the fans.

NICK CHUBB!!

In general, I agree with you, lamp. However, so much depends on the game plan and if our defense can keep the score tight. If JB is hot, the running game goes out the window and Nick won't see 12 carries....sad.

I predict he’s coming back too early and gets hurt again.

The Browns run blocking has been less than stellar this year
Cincy will load the box as the Browns QB and WR scare no one
Chubb 12 carries 39 yds
2 catches 17 yards
