Anyone hear report on the pricetag? FirstEnergy was paying $6 million a year. I expect this to be much higher since it's a 20 year contract.

For sure. Haslam had to be happy to end the deal with FirstEnergy knowing the new stadium was coming. I'm sure that's why he was in no hurry to find another partner last year. Double that price could be presented as a bargain. "Three billion dollar stadium, state of the art, talk of the league, and we'll name it after you for less than 1%".

That’s one of the worst stadium names I’ve heard. Naming rights are lame, in general, but whatever helps swell the coffers will win out, and I get the greed, the need to maximize profit.
But I’m going to call it the Pound or Cleveland Browns Stadium.
