Let’s not forget. I don’t like the name of the thread, it needs to be permanent, so anybody should free to pick a better name.

It should be retired. There's already enough similar threads
His whole Schick with that what I saw waa to constantly
Prove how much he knew about about football
Remember he called it " WHAT I SAW" not WE.
Kinda funny if anyone said anything said negative
He hated it. And if you didn't agree with him he belittled
You. His meltdowns over Mangini to Baker were classic.

Actually, every "what I saw" thread opener ended with "what did you see?" So it was a "WE" thread. And it was filled with a bunch of nuance from "US" that was beyond the normal gameday reactionary responses.

You should buzz off with your Eotab hatred. The poor man finished a long battle and left before his only remaining dream came true -- a Browns championship. It was bad enough that you constantly demeaned him while he was here, but this post, now that he's gone, is despicable.

I liked tab. He had been around since Jesus was a corporal. He did know a lot about football. But it is hard to argue that in his What I Saw threads he wasn't constantly trying to put lipstick on a pig.

Intoducing for The Cleveland Browns, Quarterback Deshawn "The Predator" Watson. He will also be the one to choose your next head coach.

What is your deal with constantly getting your panties in a bunch over Eo? Did he beat you up and take your lunch money when you were little or something?

Yeah he was a homer, but the whole point of his thread, and he said it many times, was to have posters who watched the game give insight to those who didn’t.

After we learned he’d died, a bunch of us talked about continuing What I Saw as a kind of tribute, but if you don’t wish to participate, no problem.

I won’t see the game live tonight, but I’m recording it off NFL Network tomorrow, do it’s be cool if a bunch of posters provided some analysis, that way myself and others would have a better idea of what to keep an eye on when we watch it.

Eotab was the man! How dare you cast aspersions against him? He will be a Cleveland Browns fan and remembered by us forever!

I do not understand why this sets you off so. I enjoyed reading them and thinking about what he said.
Not like there is much to win in that "debate" or self-appointed correction by another poster.

I think the board is big enough for Tabber's take on topics about Browns. He was a supporter, even if it might have been to a fault. And if you don't agree with him, then you are not required to post attacks on him. Argue the topics, ignore the thread, offer your own take. Board is big enough for that as well. Palus Politicus is proof of that. I favor keeping it for posterity's sake, at least to try it, test the water. If the dawgs don't use it, support, want it, then it can disappear due to neglect. .02

It really is in poor taste to criticize someone who is no longer here and added to the discussion..
