he's faltering, but that's no longer an advantage for Biden. it might be too much of a reach to get voters to believe in Kamala stepping up over a potential issue like abortion, when the people dont trust her to do literally anything else.
i can see young voters not even bothering to show up to vote after this, which is a massive advantage for Trump.
