Please post what you’ll be chowing in today.
I’m making spinach and sausage soup with some nice crusty bread on the side.
Cook some Italian sausage and then get the Onions, peppers, chicken stock, can of tomatoes going. Toss in the sausage, and when it’s almost done, toss in the spinach. - it cooks way down. Pour it over some rice and you’re golden.

Spicy Sausage Dip
INGREDIENTS
-6 spicy sausage links
-5 packets of cream cheese
-2 bunch of cilantro, chopped
-3 cans of Rotel diced tomatoes and chilies
-Salt & Pepper
METHOD
-Remove sausage from casing and break apart in a pan. Cook through
-Add cream cheese, cans of tomatoes & chilies. Stir until cream cheese is melted
-Add cilantro, salt & pepper
-Serve warm

We had homemade potato soup yesterday along with some grilled cheeses, it was delicious
