It varies but drafttek.com is good. I sometimes go to Walterfootball -- I avoid nfl.com as it seems everything is video and I prefer to read most of the time. One I have saved from previous use is = https://www.lines.com/nfl/drafts = I can't tell you how good that is because I can't remember using it before. The Athletic is probably my #1 go to at the moment. They have a lot of quality info.

I like Dane Brugler a lot, but I cancelled my Athletic subscription because I just didn't use it that much, and I was annoyed at the price increase.

The Ringer has the best draft site I’ve ever seen as far as the visual component. https://nfldraft.theringer.com/Lance Zierlein is the second most thorough draft person besides Brugler. His profiles are on NFL.com.
