Wayne. They threw more elbows than even I did in h.s.
And another game where the ref's mandated a running clock. Guess who was running the clock? Me. The opposing teams coach started bitching about me not stopping the clock. I bitched back "Talk to the REF's! They mandated it! It's a running clock!" He got ticked, but he certainly didn't get in my face anymore.
After the game, he apologized. (yes, the archbold 6th graders got their tail handed to them. By a team made up of future D 1 players from 3 different cities, and 2 different states). It got ugly, and not in a pretty way. The all stars didn't smoke the Archbold girls, just beat them to death on the floor. Luckily, no parents got involved, and no fights either.
