I dont know if NAS is still around, but how about a new dawgtalkers banner...i love the glory days, but i think we chose them because we didnt have a ton of players to be proud of...
maybe one with K2, and Braylon and Wimbley or something...
i would do it, but i am no good at design.
Every Cleveland fan is a diehard fan...everyone else quit watching

i think the banner is good how it is.. The problem with adding current players is that the present is yet to be set whereas our past is set.. The past doesn't change whereas the present will. who knows what will happen to these current players on our team... what if they get traded or signed by another team? what if they became a Steeler? We'd have a new banner every year  and maybe even half way thru the season.

I think the way it is works well.. It brings us back to our glory days and to think we are heading in the right direction now is a good thing.. A new banner would not change who we will be, but the ole one will remind us of our good days and make us think of how it will feel when we are back there once again,

Exactly, I'm certain (more so now than at anytime since 99) that we will have some more glory days to honor... that's when it's important to add to the existing memories with new ones... But, that's JMO!

Besides, the banner is approximately the size of an allowable signature, make your own and you can look at it in each of your own posts.
The current banner displays proven great players from glory years past, couldn't we wait until we have proven great players and a team to really talk about before we appoint DA or BE or KW to the HOF, IMO a bit early to do that.
