Nobody can take away Obama had "the longest" economic recovery in US history, his admin. took 27 years,s,s of steady increasing economic growth of point. 0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-1 -percent- growth "SUSTAINED!" From The Time he caused his "great depression" until the time he left office, and for that, we have to hand it to him, so (a Pelosi Clap), to the first administrator managing the decline of the United States, as a World Power.

I don't think Obama was the best POTUS ever. And time won't change that. I do think Trump is the worst ever for sever reasons, not the least for destroying so many norms, fostering hate and division, and not partaking in the peaceful transition of power.
As for Obama's economy. I don't want to be mean or call names - but you need to be willfully stupid to blame the financial crash of 2008 on Obama. And you have to be willfully ignorant to acknowledge the economic recovery that Obama orchestrated.
The more things change the more they stay the same.

I think Obama was effective, but certainly not a transformative President. You can save the top spots for the usual suspects that are on Mt Rushmore, and add FDR, possibly Reagan.
