I don't want to go messing with numbers too much, so I'll just state the obvious.
There hasn't been a true rivalry (like the old days) with the Steelers since The Return. And that's the Browns fault.
If we somehow manage to pull out a victory tonight and defy the odds, then we're one step back to reestablishing a true rivalry.
Here's to it.
I guess that's my prediction.

Missing coaches, missing players... doesn't feel like this is possible today. I sure hope I'm wrong.
May we run well, and may Pitt turn the ball over many times...

Agreed but let's look at it objectively. Our O and their O is about even. We can run better and they may be able to pass better. Their D is much better than ours and as far as ST I rate them slightly better. Plus we're playing at their place where we hardly ever win and have lost 17 in a row. We will have to play a flawless game and they would have to make more than a few mistakes for us to win. I really don't see it, not in a playoff game. I hope I am wrong.

I think Baker's the guy. We have playmakers and a great line. We keep the same system in place for a few years and we'll be looking good for a long time.
We are not there - even remotely close - defensively. I don't know if it's Woods or what but we are not in the same zip code as the rest of the playoff teams. I THINK it's Woods. We have players. Garrett, Ward, Richardson, Larry...this is a good group. OV was a huge loss but he's been up and down this year. Greedy? I don't even count his as a team member. What a joke he's been.
We've lost a lot. Delpit was a massive loss and who knows if he'll get back to where he was physically. I think we're a draft and a better DC away. But this group? Not close. Nowhere near close enough.
Browns 26 (one missed Extra Point)
Stoolers 35
PRAYING I'm wrong.

May we run well, and may Pitt turn the ball over many times... 5 TO and 200+ yards overall by our 2 RBs...

If we won I think it will be a high scoring affair.
45-42 Browns W Pretty close.

I think this will be like the last time we faced them in the playoffs....we jump out to a decent lead, Pittsburgh claws their way back, but this time it won't be enough and we slam the door.

Steelers held scoreless in the first quarter tonight.
Remember this, this is a characteristic of every steeler loss I can ever remember, against any team, somebody ought to do a study, where are ya, espn nerds.
Plus, Raiders fan board, told me, if you can get to plus 5 in combined turnover and sacks ratio, a team wins 98%, I don't know if anyone was sacked all night, but Browns were +5 in turnovers.
Can Deshaun Watson play better for the Browns, than Baker Mayfield would have? ... Now the Games count.
