Seeing it on CNN right now. You couldn't help but personally feel bad for the guy when he thought he was going to be a Supreme Court justice, and then got the rug pulled out from under him.

Guess he's back in the fray for the DOJ now.

Seems like he's a pretty smart dude. My understanding is that his background is as a political moderate.

Improvement over Barr, for sure.
