I like that this front office allows their scouts to discuss some of the players drafted in the later rounds. They could have easily been a part in why they are here, but more importantly, I think it is a nice professional development opportunity to get in front of media types and talk about a particular player or situation. If any of these men have aspirations to be a GM, this is a good learning experience to get that first taste.
