Nice to chalk up another win. Unfortunate ending. It was ugly but it doesn't really look like anyone got injured from the fight so ... it is what it is. I don't really want to think about it for the next 3 months. There are guys who have done a lot of bad things OFF the field who are in the NFL. I don't really think poorly of Myles for this. Yeah, dumb, but I don't really feel any differently about him. He needs to get himself under control. But he didn't shoot someone on the streets or something... Expect we are without Myles for a few weeks and hopefully he comes back with a little more discipline. Makes it harder to win but look... we are 4-6 and the chance of winning out and going 10-6, while possible, is and has been low. So I don't think we were going to the playoffs one way or another. Maybe this can kick the team into gear regarding discipline... It seems like we are playing better football and that is important.
Pouncey and garret could be suspended for multiple weeks.
Pouncey could be gone longer than garrett.
yeah . Why wasn't Rudolph ejected! I doubt Pouncy even gets suspended

Kitchen's is also responsible - he was asking for trouble sending three all-out blitzes in the last 1 minute when up 14. You don't do that, and the Steelers were right to be pissed.
But at the end of the day, you can't swing a helmet at a helmetless player - one inch or two and Rudolph could be dead now -- the idea that he was asking for it by getting into a shoving match is just silly.
you're right.. we should have just set on the bench and let them score. Be good sports. This is the dumbest comment I've read and am literally dumber for reading it!
I agree. Dumb comment about blitzing at the end.
LOL - The Rish will be upset with this news as well. KS just doesn't prioritize winning...
What Myles did was inexcusable. It ruined the win for me no doubt. In my over 50 years of watching football the only thing I remember close to this was when Lyle Alzado ripped the helmet off of a Jets OT and threw it at him. I believe it happened in the early to mid eighties when he was playing for Oakland.
It's probably a good thing that Garrett won't be playing in Pittsburgh in two weeks.
But man oh man do I hope he will, as unlikely as that may be. That game n Pittsburgh is gonna be CRAZY
“To announce that there must be no criticism of the President, or that we are to stand by the President, right or wrong, is not only unpatriotic and servile, but is morally treasonable to the American public.”
You guys are right. Garrett gave us a bad name. After this we will be known as that physical team that kicks your ass then kicks your ass again. Horrible.
Go root for Buffalo.
It's hard enough rooting for a team the employees a woman beater, and now we have dumb players swinging helmets at people without a helmet on.

Baker Mayfield said “it feels like we lost the game”
This is one of the main points. After kicking their ass all game long, they walk off the field with a moral victory. Did anyone see Rudolph smiling at the end? What the "f" did he have to smile about unless it was "mission accomplished". Now we go into their house in two weeks without our best pass rusher and maybe without our best tackle. We'll be booed constantly, and the national media will have a field day with this. To those who think this is "turn about is fair play" aren't considering the politically correct, protect the player landscape we live in now. This was definitely a victory for the Steelers, even though they started it.

Not great having Steve Smith, who sucker punched a teammate and broke his nose, and Michael Irvin, stabbed a teammate in the neck with scissors, as the guys commenting on this game.
For what? Grabbing Garrett’s face mask, getting in his face? Big deal.
Had he ripped Mason’s helmet off and walked away, nothing happens. No suspensions, maybe fines.
Rudolph was ripping off Myle's helmet and started the whole fiasco. Both should be suspended.
Can you understand or is that above your IQ grade??
He was ATTEMPTING to pull his helmet off, so what?! That might be enough to get after a guy and want to rip his helmet off too, but at that point, had it ended there, all it would have been were personal fouls and maybe a fine. But Mason didn’t instigate an assault with a weapon.
Who the hell cares if Mason gets one game? So what! Garrett is public enemy #1, he’s gone for the year, the season is trash, we were known as Clowns before this game and this cemented that for years+. It’s indefensible. NOTHING Mason did or started matters now.
This is the equivalent of “Mallace at the Pallace”. Total black eye for the league and to this team and city.
Who gives a rats ass about what Mason “started”? Stuff like that gets started every week and every other NFL player holds it together enough to not attempt to literally kill a player.
You’re a trash poster. I’ve had you on ignore for years. Proof positive.
“...Iguodala to Curry, back to Iguodala, up for the layup! Oh! Blocked by James! LeBron James with the rejection!”
Really what Myles did was inexcusable but if was on the Steelers they wouldn't be crucifying them like this ...

Baker and OBJ going to need to get on the same page. Need to outscore teams the rest of the way.
OBJ was correct in the postgame.... he knows Browns should have scored 40 points.. happy for the win but a whole lot to work on.
To be fair, Pittsburgh is no slouch on Defense. However, we had something like 3 turnovers returned to midfield or beyond where we ended up getting no points on offense. That just can't happen.

A couple thoughts: Maybe these two can actually put some work in during the off season together. Also, what the hell are they working on now? It's been TEN games. What do they do all week? SMH
After 55 years, I'm walking away from this dumpster fire. Good luck to everyone who continues to hang on. You'll need it.

Back to the game ..... We played the game to shorten the game, and not allow a turnover to let the Steelers back in it. Yes, we "should have" scored more ..... but we ran the ball a lot .... to not allow the Steelers to get back in the game ..... and that part worked.

Whatever your feelings on this, the narrative has been changed from "Browns beat the Steelers" to "Myles Garret hits Mason Rudolph in the head with a helmet". That blows.

No, he shouldn't. Rudolph started a scrum, which happens all the time, Garrett was in the scrum and did the equivalent of pulling a weapon and totally escalated it.
A lot of wrong and bad things happened during that series of events by a lot of people but the only one that will have long term lasting impacts is the image of Garrett swinging that helmet at the head of a man with no helmet on.
