On the serious side, seems a bit excessive outside of a class action suit.

So is he the only one in the country/world that this has happened to?
Are others going to start coming forward too wanting the same payout?
Oh and people wonder why insulin and other needed drugs have went way up in price. the drug manufactures have to up the prices on common large dispensed drugs to off set the frivolous high dollar lawsuits upon them.
Why not go after the lawyers and judges that award such amount of money.
